This Geodesic Cylinder design is inspired by Buckminster Fuller's ethos for the use of resources to maximum advantage, with minimal expenditure of energy and material. The aluminium cylinder only weighs 1.8kg, yet can easily support loads over 100kg thanks to its geodesic construction that spreads forces evenly across its structure.

​​While being lighter than steel and corrosion resistant, the aluminium structure provides an attractive visual statement for any modern interior, and is well suited to many styles from contemporary to industrial. Featuring a dyed birch plywood tabletop finished with danish oil.
