UK Domestic Shipping

  • Items that are in stock require a 1-2 day processing time, and are shipped via a Next day tracked delivery service from either DPD Local or Royal Mail, depending on the size of the parcel.

  • Made to order items require the stated production time to produce, which may be affected by the availability of materials. You will be notified when the order is ready, to confirm a preferred delivery date.

  • Large, bulky items or orders with multiple products may require an updated shipping quote. This will be sent to you for confirmation before the order is finalised.

  • All deliveries will require a signature, and include a tracking number to track the shipment’s progress.

  • If ‘Pickup’ is selected at checkout, you will receive an email when the order is ready. A suitable time for collection can then be arranged.

International Shipping

  • After selecting ‘Request Custom Shipping Quote’ at checkout, your address and the size/weight of the parcel will be used to calculate a bespoke shipping quote, which will be sent to you by email.

  • Import & Duty taxes may be included in the shipping quote, dependent on the destination country and total value of the order.

  • The shipping quote will be sent to you before the order is finalised, so you will have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund if you do not accept the shipping costs.

Refunds for Online Orders

  • If you change your mind after a payment is made at checkout, please respond by email as soon as possible to receive a full refund.

  • If an order cannot be produced within the expected timeframe for any reason, you will be informed and will have the option to cancel the order for a refund. Costs may be incurred for the value of materials used.

Return Costs

  • A refund is offered for an item once it is shipped back, and arrives in a good undamaged condition. This does not apply to custom, bespoke and made to order pieces. Costs may be incurred for the value of materials used.

  • The Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.

28 Days to Return

  • You are entitled to return an order any time within 28 days of delivery, you must make a clear statement of your decision by email within 14 days of you receiving the order.
