​Following on from the Apollo Tripod, I utilised steel hemispheres again for a new range of designs, taking inspiration from the Saturn V rocket.

The range consists of six products, that create the form of a rocket when stacked together. The steel is powder coated black and white, to match the monochrome style of the Saturn V.

At the base is the Saturn Tripod, a white powder coated version of my Apollo Tripod, that takes inspiration from the Apollo Lunar Module.

The second stage is the Saturn Table. The rounded shapes of the table mimic the designs of rocket propellant tanks, which are often spherical to provide the greatest volume and strength with least weight.

Next are the three bowls, Titan, Cassini and Huygens, named after Saturn's largest moon, and the Cassini-Huygens mission to Saturn that ended on 15th September 2017. Their shape is inspired by the J-2 rocket engine used in the Saturn V rocket.

The final stage is the Saturn Candlestick, which mimics the form of the Saturn Table, and includes brass rings in its construction.
